Do some plastic surgeons set up in-house payment plans?

I ask because getting a loan means you have to pay interest on the money.  If there is an in-house payment plan, you avoid paying interest!

I would gladly pay installments on an in-house account!

Generally I don't beleive in getting loans for procedures, as my dad would say "never a lender or a borrow be!".

If there is a need to eliminate tummy tuck then money does not matter at all. Taking loan for that would not be a bad idea at all if personality matters.
